Maffi Papin Carrion ,from Philippines has made her mark in society from a struggler to a celebrity queen and now a social activist.

Maffi Papin Carrion from PHILIPPINES
has obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications from Our Lords Grace Montessori .She became a certified paralegal from the University of Las Vegas Nevada .  She is Currently taking masters in Criminal Justice and 1st yr of Law School in the University of California Santa Barabara . 

 She has created a space for her in U.S.A., Las Vegas Nevada-.She has one of the most inspiring stories of 2020 . “Maffi”,  is a humbled lady ,who went on to become a Noble Queen of the Universe contestant last year.

She had a tremendous journey   from her struggles at the early stage of her life and being called now  one of the  International  beauty queens.With her hardwork and never give up spirit she got the  chance of winning the title of Noble Queen of the Universe- International 2019 and was hailed as a young celebrity superstar in her younger years.

Besides being called a celebrity queen  she wants to uplift the lives of the vulnerable women and children in our communities by educating them on the applicable laws which are Republic Act 9262 (Anti-violence against Women and their Children Act) and Republic Act 7610 (Child Protection Act) that deal with their rights as dignified individuals so that they can be equipped with the proper knowledge in asserting their rights.
A women with courage , with high dreams getting herself international titiles now working for those who needs her .She wants to empower everywomen around her.
