Mrs. Payal Kapoor Killa from Kolkata- a Social Activist ; a Motivational Speaker ; Founder, President- Manifest Your Greatness - working for mental health and menstrual health.

Mrs. Payal Kapoor Killa is a firm believer of the saying “we rise by lifting others”. She acknowledges that it is humanly impossible for one person to help every individual, and the growth of society depends on how people help each other in times of need. Her initiative “Manifest Your Greatness” stems from this thought and her aim is to promote the practice of meditation amongst individuals, which she believes is a one-in-all solution to everything. Meditation is not only a sound spiritual practice, but scientific research over the years has provided evidence that it makes people more empathetic and healthier. Meditation can change the very structure of your brain and consequently your life itself for the better.

Her experience as a teacher and a lecturer enable her to communicate effectively with people in large groups. Mrs. Killa is a Pranic Healer and practitioner of Arhatic Yoga of GMCKS, a certified Tarot reader, a certified Graphologist , and most importantly a mom to a happy pre-teen and a homemaker.

Mrs.Payal Kapoor  Killa strives towards making a positive change in the society. She is actively engaged in spreading awareness about menstrual hygiene amongst underprivileged women. She believes that access to sustainable menstrual hygiene products is a necessity for every woman and should not be construed as a luxury product.

 She has been involved in the distribution of sanitary napkins to women who don’t have access to such products. She is currently working towards understanding the use of sustainable and affordable menstrual sanitary products, which could possibly act as a long-term solution to women living in underdeveloped areas.

Mrs. Killa is constantly working towards doing her part to combat two of the most under acknowledged issues in the Indian society, mental health and menstrual hygiene. Her vision to spread awareness about the practice of meditation and menstrual hygiene are aimed towards the aforementioned issues respectively.

 Mrs. Killa hopes to reach out to as many people as she can help, and make a difference in their lives, one at a time.

Her endeavors in the field of community service have been recognized by many organizations. Mrs. Payal Kapoor Killa is a recipient of The Women Influencer Star Award 2020. We Women  Rising Star Award in the category of Social Cause 2021 ,Yatan Foundation to name a few . The most recent recognition received be her for her self-less service to humanity is the IAWA SDP International Iconic Women Award 2021.
