Poonam Bajpai,an image consultant,an educator is a strong warrior and what ever she achieved in life was not easy it was her hardwork and strong determination.There are stories that are jaw dropping and inspiring. But this particular story doesn't just inspire us but also forces us to believe in life that whatever the situation will be, we have to keep our head high and stay uptight with a firm belief that at the end of the dark road there is always a bright light shining upon us to guide us and get us through the emotional turmoil and struggle. This is the story of Poonam Bajpai whose fighting spirits led her to be the successful, empowering woman she is today. She always conveyed the message that "If you believe in yourself and have dedication and pride and never quit, you'll always be a winner". She stands true to whatever she conveyed and after every situation she tuned out to be the true winner.

Poonam Bajpai believed in hardwork. Her success and achievements are proof to her ever growing success story. She tasted early success when she started off as a ramp walk model for her University pageants. Soon enough she had calls from all over Allahabad to be a part of their fashion shows as a lead ramp walk model. She is vastly experienced in ramp walks and modelling as she has been a part of the industry and has graced various fashion shows at the Apex level.

 After landing up in Mumbai slums and almost disheartened after her marriage, she did not leave hope and self belief. Poonam bajpai was more than motivated to build her own empire . She saw an opportunity of being able to give back to the society, this is the time when she started her own NGO under the name "Versatile Global NGO" in the year of 2010. The motto of her NGO is "Betiyon ka Samman, desh ka abhimaan".  She always thrives to help the underprivileged and the individuals who struggle to find feet in day to day life. 

She has undertaken various initiatives for women empowerment and for the safety and education of the girl child. Based on her own personal experiences in the past she feels that if she can provide justice to any individual she would feel that justice was served to her as well. Poonam Bajpai firmly believes " Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world". This thought changed her whole perspective. She then started her own institution for skill development, image makeover, personality development and is also the Managing director (MD) of "Versatile skills development Private limited" .Since then she has taught over 50,000 students who are very successful in their respective field of work.

  

 On the personal front she is actively involved in her NGO and also takes various lectures, seminars, demo sessions, and guest orator for various other institutions in and around India. She also takes counselling sessions for males and females and is also actively involved in motivational dispute management sessions. It is often said that "Going back to the roots always seems like the perfect solution". For Poonam bajpai her roots lie in Modelling, she has won major accolades when it comes to modelling. She was the Tittle Winner ("Multi Talented") of Mrs. India (Pride of nation) 2017. 

She is actively involved with international models and helps them in image makeover, enhance their on stage personality, appearance, ramp walking, and also how to present themselves in front of the masses. She has also featured in various brands Ad campaigns for Mobile phones, Jewellery and many more with many renowned Bollywood and TV actors. She is also a PhD in Psychology and writes columns for various Bollywood magazines, Bollywood Town to name a few from last many years. Poonam Bajpai has always lived her life with dignity and respect and has never let her personal issues and differences come in the way of her work. She wears a smile even in the harshest situations of her life.

Poonam Bajpai is one such individual who wants to keep contributing to the development and betterment of our society untill her last breath. She believes that "one must leave the achievements that you have accomplished in the past, behind and keep striving to make the world a better place to live in" . In her constant and every growing efforts she has various new initiatives that she wants to begin with. She wants to start publishing books on Image Makeover, Personality Development, etc so that it can be accessed by each and every individual willing to be a better person.
