Subhra Datta a 53-year-old woman with loveliness, delightful, smile face, Active, Energetic, compassionate, challenging, supportive, truthful, determined, distinguished and encouraging others to success, whose primary concern is teaching and social work through Confidence, Positive Thinking, Leadership, Hard work, Adaptability. Besides, she is popular in dancing, acting, Indoor and outdoor game, Inventive cooking. 

She was born in Guwahati, Assam. Before secondary exam, she was transferred to 
Kolkata for relocation of her father’s job in Kolkata Metro Railway.From childhood, her main attractions were Sports, Dance, Acting and Singing. She trained many children as a choreographer and Stage drama as a director. Due to her interest in dance, singing and sports, she was selected as first guide captain in Kolkata Metro Railway. She got 4th position in Miss Kolkata 1990. After marriage in 1992, 
she completed graduation from Calcutta University. 


She worked in Professional Drama Team RKM at Kolkata. She got “Angsuman Roy Sritri 
Trophy” for playing Drama “Sajahan”. She performed stage show with well-known 
Bengali film comedy actor Chinmay Roy. She worked in Bengali TV serial, Tele-film with 
many well-known actors like Debraj Roy, Biswajit Charkaborty, Sudip Mukherjee, Subhadra, Santana Bose and so on. Recently, she has acted with renowned actor Kunaljit in Bengali movie “Pradhanmantri”. She has started her own Production house named Red Kalash Entertainment. 


Subhra does not believe that life is going with monotonous style. Instead, it should be 
colourful as rainbow. She achieved Indie Royal Queens Mrs. West Bengal Style Diva-
2021 and Women Achievers Award (Evergreen Diva-2021) from Positive Group.
After receiving teacher Training Diploma, she started Nursery School which in turn converted to NGO where many children are getting their study as well as social growth. She has been also working relentlessly for women enrichment 
through this NGO. Other than teaching profession, she is intensely involved in NGOs to serve the society. She believes Lord Buddha’s word “Thousands of candles can be lighted from a single candle”. 

Subhra could not give up her dreams and always overcome all the hurdles for journey of social work by accompanied with her family, friends and co-workers.She is confident that she is inspiring those women who are needy and have many 
hidden talents to explore and develop their strong point to achieve their dreams through this NGO.
